1. Introduction
Welcome to Jetwings Lanka Tours (Pvt) Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to all tour packages, transportation services, excursions, accommodation arrangements, transfers, and other travel services booked through Jetwings Lanka Tours.
By making a booking with us, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- The required deposit has been received by Jetwings Lanka Tours; and
- The booking has been confirmed by Jetwings Lanka Tours in writing.
All arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking. Hotels, transportation, guides, excursions, activities, and other services may be subject to availability.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Groups
For group bookings:
- 50% of the total booking value is required immediately upon confirmation of the booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid in full at least 14 days before the arrival date.
- If the full balance is not received within the required period, Jetwings Lanka Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
3.2 Family & Individual Bookings
For family and individual bookings:
- 50% of the total booking value is required immediately upon confirmation of the booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid in full at least 7 days before the arrival date.
- If the full balance is not received within the required period, Jetwings Lanka Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled arrival date.

5. Refund Processing Fees & Bank Charges
Where a refund is applicable, all bank charges, transaction fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion charges, and other applicable refund-related costs shall be borne by the client.
The amount received by the client may therefore be lower than the refundable amount after deduction of applicable bank and processing charges.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method, where reasonably possible.
6. Changes to Itineraries
Jetwings Lanka Tours will make every reasonable effort to operate tours according to the confirmed itinerary.
However, itineraries may be changed where necessary due to:
- Weather conditions;
- Road conditions or traffic;
- Government restrictions;
- Natural disasters;
- Safety concerns;
- Changes in hotel or service availability;
- Attraction closures;
- Transportation disruptions; or
- Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Jetwings Lanka Tours.
Where reasonably possible, suitable alternatives will be offered.
7. Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and confirmation.
The hotel provided will be according to the confirmed booking. If the originally selected hotel becomes unavailable, Jetwings Lanka Tours may arrange alternative accommodation of a similar or comparable standard, subject to availability.
Standard hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective hotel.
8. Transportation
Vehicles are provided according to the confirmed booking and itinerary.
Vehicle type may be subject to availability. Jetwings Lanka Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle category confirmed at the time of booking.
Travel times provided in itineraries are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, road conditions, weather, and other circumstances.
9. Optional Activities & Excursions
Optional excursions, activities, entrance fees, safaris, water sports, adventure activities, and other services not specifically included in the confirmed package may incur additional charges.
Some activities may have separate cancellation policies imposed by the relevant supplier.
Where such supplier cancellation conditions apply, those conditions may supersede the general cancellation terms stated on this website.
10. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, travel permits, insurance, vaccination certificates where applicable, and any other documents required for travel.
Jetwings Lanka Tours is not responsible for losses or expenses resulting from invalid, incomplete, or expired travel documents.
11. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, passports, money, electronic devices, luggage, and other personal property during the tour.
Jetwings Lanka Tours shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability is imposed by applicable law.
12. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, personal accidents, delays, and other travel-related risks.
13. Force Majeure
Jetwings Lanka Tours shall not be liable for failure, delay, interruption, alteration, or cancellation of services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters;
- Severe weather;
- Floods;
- Earthquakes;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- War or civil unrest;
- Government actions or restrictions;
- Strikes;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Road closures;
- Airport closures; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. Prices
All prices quoted by Jetwings Lanka Tours are subject to the conditions stated in the individual quotation or booking confirmation.
Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in hotel rates, transportation costs, entrance fees, taxes, government charges, currency exchange rates, or supplier prices.
Once a booking has been confirmed and paid for, the agreed price will normally apply, except where additional charges arise due to circumstances beyond our control or changes requested by the client.
15. Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards our staff, drivers, guides, hotels, suppliers, local communities, cultural sites, and other travelers.
Jetwings Lanka Tours reserves the right to terminate services where a client’s behavior creates a serious safety risk, causes damage, or significantly disrupts the tour or services provided.
In such circumstances, no refund may be provided for unused services.
16. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the client.
We recommend that clients read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making payment.
